Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Manager to manage overall Human Resources and administrative functions. The role involves handling HR operations, employee relations, compliance with Indian labour laws, recruitment, and general office administration to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indian labour laws
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and statutory compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Supervise office administration, vendor management, and procurement support
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Support management in HR planning and organizational development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR & Admin experience (preferably in trading/service sector)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
