We are seeking an experienced BOQ / Estimation / Tendering Engineer with expertise in MEP, Interior, and Civil projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tender documentation, and coordination throughout the bidding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs.
- Perform rate analysis and project costing.
- Prepare and submit tender documents as per project requirements.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and management teams.
- Maintain accurate project cost records and documentation.
- Support project planning and budgeting activities.
- Ensure timely completion of estimation and tendering activities.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in BOQ Preparation, Estimation, and Tendering.
- Experience in MEP, Interior, and Civil projects.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying, costing, and market rates.
- Experience handling Industrial, Commercial, and Residential projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
