About the Role
Yellow Banana Food Company Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to support our growing hospitality team. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, strong communication skills, and an understanding of hospitality workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and maintain recruitment documentation.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.
- Coordinate with restaurant and corporate teams to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
