Key Responsibilities
- Quality System Development: Assist in creating and implementing quality control systems, SOPs, and testing procedures.
- Inspections and Testing: Monitor and test raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Defect Analysis: Identify production issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to improve product quality.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document non-conformances and prepare quality reports for analysis.
- Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations and company standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- Knowledge: Knowledge of quality tools (e.g., QC tools, FMEA, PPAP/APQP).
- Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings, use inspection tools, and interpret data.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, troubleshooting, and collaborative skills.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
