The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable products or solutions, preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and ensuring timely closure of sales. The Sales Executive also follows up with leads, coordinates with internal teams for smooth project execution, and provides excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Present products and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, architects, builders, and contractors.
- Coordinate with the operations team for project execution and delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting premium interior and exterior solutions, including window blinds, retractable awnings, pergolas, tensile structures, and shading systems. The role includes conducting site visits, taking measurements, coordinating with architects and designers, preparing project quotations, and ensuring seamless communication from inquiry to project completion.
