● Store Operations: Oversee daily store functioning, including inwarding of products,
stock QC, and shelf arrangement.
● Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, avoid stockouts, ensure FIFO,
and coordinate with central team for replenishments.
● Rider Operations: Manage rider attendance, batching, routing, and performance to
ensure fast and efficient deliveries.
● Order Fulfilment: Monitor in-store pick-pack time and ensure timely dispatch of all
orders.
● Team Management: Lead and supervise the PP (Picker & Packer) team; ensure shift
planning, productivity, and discipline.
● Data & Reporting: Basic understanding of data to track daily KPIs, order flow, delays,
and inventory health.
● Issue Resolution: Handle operational escalations related to products, delivery, and
customer concerns.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
