§ Act as first point of contact for Admin & HR-related queries and requirements.
§ Organize, compile & update personnel records
§ Responsible for reporting of every staff.
§ Manage and update HR databases.
§ Should be able to juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
§ Office Infrastructure & problems.
§ Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
§ Undertaking recruitment job. Recruitments follow up with Head Office.
§ Reviewing and renewing company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
§ Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken.
§ Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities, answer telephone calls and provide needed information.
§ Entire gamut of ERP.
§ Observe daily Reports of staff. Monitoring of each employees’ activity.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
