Job Summary
Balaji Food & Beverages LLP is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant (Product Development) to support the product development team. The candidate will assist in developing, testing, and improving food and beverage products while ensuring quality and efficiency in processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in product development and formulation activities
* Support testing, trials, and quality checks of products
* Maintain documentation related to product development processes
* Coordinate with internal teams for production and quality improvements
* Ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines
* Assist in research for new product ideas and enhancements
Skills & Requirements
* Basic knowledge of product development or food technology (preferred)
* Good attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Basic documentation and reporting skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
