Job Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms as needed
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, bid strategy, and scaling
- Monitor daily performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and make real-time optimizations
Strategy & Planning
- Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with client/business goals (leads, conversions, sales, app installs)
- Conduct audience research and build targeting strategies (including lookalike, custom, and Advantage+ audiences)
- Plan A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign data using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters
Creative & Content Collaboration
- Work with design/content teams to brief and review ad creatives and copy variations
- Suggest creative optimizations based on performance data
- Oversee landing page structure recommendations to improve conversion rates
Budget Management
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
- Forecast spend and performance based on historical data and campaign goals
Cross-functional Coordination
- Liaise with clients or internal stakeholders to understand objectives and provide updates
- Coordinate with SEO, content, and web development teams for holistic campaign execution
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Understanding of pixel/conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and attribution models
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar (a plus)
- Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO principles
Analytical Skills
- Strong data analysis skills — comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Ability to interpret data trends and translate them into actionable strategies
Marketing Knowledge
- Solid understanding of the marketing funnel and campaign objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion)
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, bid strategies, and budget pacing
- Awareness of platform policy changes and ad compliance requirements
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills for client/stakeholder reporting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns
- Proactive problem-solving and quick decision-making under performance pressure
- Basic copywriting/creative sense to collaborate effectively with content teams
Experience
- 1–3 years in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related role (adjust based on seniority)
- Experience managing ad budgets and campaigns across multiple industries is a plus
Pay: ₹9,852.13 - ₹23,805.70 per month
