Job Summary
The Placement & Administrative In-Charge for Lords skill academy is responsible for managing student placements, employer relationships, administrative operations,scheduling of industry in demand courses, and day-to-day coordination within the academy. The role ensures smooth functioning of training programs while maximizing employment opportunities for students.
Key Responsibilities
Placement Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with companies, employers, and industry partners for student placements.
Identify job opportunities aligned with students' skills and qualifications.
Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, job fairs, and employer visits.
Guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, and career development.
Track placement records, employment status, and placement statistics.
Maintain a database of employers, vacancies, and student profiles.
Follow up with recruiters regarding interview outcomes and joining formalities.
Organize placement training sessions, mock interviews, and career counseling programs.
Ensure achievement of placement targets set by management.
Administrative Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative operations of the academy.
Oversee reports related to admissions, placements, training activities, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate class schedules, faculty requirements, and training resources.
Responsible for scheduling courses both online and offline.
Oversee correspondence, documentation, and office communications.
Support management in organizing events, workshops, seminars, and meetings.
Monitor inventory and ensure availability of office and training materials.
Plan overall Budgeting, planning and Audit-related documentation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in placement coordination, Edtech companies, administration, training institutes, educational institutions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online reporting tools.
Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
