Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively to assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to help patients improve their quality of life, achieve independence, and enhance their functional abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs through detailed evaluations.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and daily activities.
- Provide specialized therapy for individuals, focusing on developmental challenges, injury rehabilitation, or chronic condition management.
- Collaborate with medical teams, including doctors and nurses, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic activities and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest occupational therapy practices, tools, and techniques.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Requirements: BOT (Bachelor of Occupational Therapy) / MOT (Master of Occupational Therapy).
- Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
