About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer to join our team and drive data visualization, reporting, and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI development, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and CI/CD practices, along with experience in documentation, testing, and governance processes.
Preference will be given to candidates who are currently on the bench and available for immediate deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic data models.
- Build and optimize data transformations using Power Query (M).
- Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs.
- Support report deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and business intelligence requirements.
- Create and maintain technical design documents, requirement specifications, and testing documentation.
- Participate in design reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Support platform operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Power BI deployment and release management.
