Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes as per the café menu
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are followed at all times
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize wastage
- Assist in menu planning and introducing new items
- Coordinate with staff for smooth kitchen operations
- Ensure timely food preparation during peak hours
Requirements
- Proven experience as a chef/cook in a café or restaurant
- Good knowledge of multi-cuisine (preferred: café-style, fast food, beverages, snacks)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Creativity in plating and presentation
Preferred Skills
- Experience with continental, Indian, and café menu items
- Knowledge of beverages, shakes, and quick-service food
- Ability to handle kitchen independently
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
