Junior Full-Stack Developer
Location: Panaji, Goa, India (On-site)

Key Responsibilities Backend & Web Development
- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend functionality for websites and web applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Build and consume REST APIs.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and MongoDB.
- Debug and resolve issues across the application stack (React, Java, PHP, and Node.js).
WordPress Development
- Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Develop and modify themes, plugins, custom post types, and integrations.
- Perform custom PHP development and troubleshooting.
- Ensure website security, performance, updates, and ongoing maintenance.
React Application Development
- Develop and maintain internal tools and applications using React.
- Create responsive and user-friendly UI components.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Work with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Cloud Platforms (AWS & Azure)
- Deploy and manage websites and applications on AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Work with compute, storage, hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, and cloud infrastructure.
- Assist with CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment automation.
- Manage web hosting environments, domains, and email configurations.
AI-Assisted Development
- Utilize AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude to improve productivity.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques for coding, debugging, and documentation.
- Assist in integrating AI/LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Azure OpenAI.
- Review and validate AI-generated code before implementation.
- Work with pretrained models, Hugging Face tools, and basic feature engineering tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of development experience (fresh graduates with strong internships or projects are encouraged to apply).
- Working knowledge of PHP and WordPress development.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with React development.
- Basic knowledge of AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative environment.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools in day-to-day development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Python or .NET development.
- Experience with WooCommerce and page builders such as Elementor.
- AWS or Azure Fundamentals certification.
- Experience building or integrating REST APIs.
- Basic knowledge of AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Understanding of prompt engineering concepts and AI application development.
