Preparing printing file for digital printing- Layout, bleed, cutting mark, perforation mark setup.- Imposition for booklet.- Making sure that all files are compatible with the printer’s system.- Set up and operate a variety of prepress equipment, including but not limited to computer-to-plate (CTP) devices, image setters, and proofing systems.- Perform color correction, retouching, and other digital manipulation of images as needed.- Maintain accurate records of job progress and materials used.- Troubleshoot problems with files, seeking assistance from superiors as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent- 1-2 years’ experience in a prepress, print production, or graphic design role.- Proficiency with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.- Excellent color vision and attention to detail.- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
