Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – EV to lead the sales team and drive electric two-wheeler sales at our Ather showroom in Erode.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily EV showroom sales operations.
- Lead, train and motivate the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Generate leads and improve customer conversions.
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure a good buying experience.
- Monitor individual sales performance and follow up on leads.
- Develop local marketing and corporate sales opportunities.
- Maintain proper sales reports and CRM/DMS records.
- Coordinate with finance, registration and delivery teams.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in EV / automobile sales.
- Experience as Sales Manager / Team Leader preferred.
- EV two-wheeler sales experience is preferred.
- Strong team leadership and target-oriented approach.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-handling and lead-conversion skills.
- Willingness to work towards monthly sales targets.
