Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Robotics Trainer to conduct engaging robotics sessions for school students. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of robotics and enjoy teaching and inspiring young learners through hands-on, activity-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Robotics classes in assigned schools during school hours.
- Teach age-appropriate concepts in Robotics, STEM, Coding, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Guide students in designing, building, and programming robotics projects.
- Demonstrate the use of robotics components such as sensors, motors, controllers, and microcontrollers.
- Prepare lesson plans and conduct interactive, activity-based classroom sessions.
- Encourage creativity, innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and inventory of robotics kits and classroom materials.
- Mentor students for robotics competitions, exhibitions, and project presentations.
- Maintain student attendance, classroom records, and submit regular progress reports.
- Coordinate effectively with school authorities and the Topper Shiksha team to ensure smooth program execution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong robotics knowledge and practical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with school students.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar microcontroller platforms.
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Scratch, Python, or C/C++.
- Experience with robotics kits and STEM education tools.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
