About the Role
We are a leading spinning mill looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter - Labor Recruitment who speaks fluent Hindi. The primary focus of this role is to source, recruit, and onboard skilled and unskilled production workers from North India (Hindi-speaking states) and manage their integration, hostel accommodation, and retention at our mill facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Networking: Source migrant workforce/labor through field visits, specialized sub-agents, labor contractors, and native references.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct preliminary screenings and check previous employment history using fluent Hindi communication to ensure genuine candidates.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Handle the end-to-end mobilization process, including train bookings, arrival reception, document collection (Aadhaar, Bank details), and formal company onboarding.
- Hostel & Welfare Administration: Coordinate with the hostel warden to arrange food, rooms, and basic amenities for the newly arrived migrant workers.
