Your role includes continuous interaction with team members to ensure that the solutions developed are practical and effective, supporting seamless business operations. This position requires a thoughtful approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering well-structured application designs that facilitate efficient workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine application requirements.
- Document design specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously evaluate application designs for improvements and optimizations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with COBOL.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Ability to work with legacy systems and integrate new application components effectively.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and design methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and concise documentation and collaboration.
