COMMI III
- Assist senior chefs (Commi 1, 2, CDP)
- Basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting vegetables)
- Measure and prepare ingredients (mise en place)
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and workstations
- Follow hygiene and safety standards strictly
- Help in storing food properly (FIFO method)
- Carry out simple cooking tasks under supervision
COMMI II
- Prepare dishes as per recipes with minimal supervision
- Handle a specific section (like salads, fry, or pantry)
- Assist Chef de Partie (CDP) in daily operations
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Train and guide Commi 3 staff
- Monitor stock levels and inform seniors for replenishment
- Maintain hygiene and kitchen discipline
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
