Role description
Experience: 7-9 Years
Location: Pune/Hyderabad/Bengaluru
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service support and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience managing Work Orders, Resource Scheduling, Asset Management, Inventory Management, and Field Service Operations.
- Proven experience in Application Management Services (AMS) and production support environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills for both functional and technical issues.
- Experience working with Dataverse, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Dynamics 365 configurations.
- Knowledge of Azure services, APIs, and third-party system integrations.
- Techno-functional expertise with the ability to collaborate with development teams for enhancements and customizations.
- Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Request Management.
- Understanding of ITIL service management processes and best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience in preparing and presenting SLA, KPI, operational, and service performance reports.
- Ability to drive governance meetings and collaborate with business and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with low-code/no-code development using Power Platform.
- Knowledge of custom scripting and utility development within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Experience conducting end-user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and creating user documentation.
- Exposure to operational dashboards, service performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working in global support or managed services environments.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service integrations with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Field Service, Power Platform, or Azure.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
