Purpose of Job :- As a Quality Engineer at Techno Control, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality assurance processes, conduct inspections and tests, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication on the status of Material and Priority check list to all divisions
- Manage Concerns related to quality for any product
- ERP Entries for all incoming material in QC
- Customer Complaint/Rejection update in the system
- Manage Customer Complaints
- Test Report Creation for final reports of the customer
- Supplier Test Certificate Checking
- Press Graph Review
- Cable Checking Machine Management
- Calibration of all equipment and machines
- Managing all documents of QC and Calibrations
- Quartely assessment of Testing for parts as per Quality Plan
Skills:
- MS Office, Auto Cad, ERP, Audit Management, 7QC Tools, 8 D, 5S, Kaizen, Pokayoke, Quality Circles, CAPA
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, including statistical analysis and quality improvement techniques.
- Experience with product testing and inspection methods, including dimensional inspection, functional testing, and reliability testing.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a related role, preferably in the engineering/manufacturing industry.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or quality management, or a related field.
