Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and market expansion in the Windows Covering Products (WCP) and Architectural Products segment, including ceilings, partitions, wall panels, blinds, and related interior solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, with a strong network among architects, interior designers, contractors, and project consultants.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the WCP and AWP segments.
- Promote products such as blinds, shades, ceiling systems, wall partitions, acoustic panels, etc.
- Target architects, interior designers, builders, project managers, PMC firms, and corporate clients.
- Client Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders in the building and interior design ecosystem.
- Manage key accounts and provide tailored product solutions. Market & Project Research Track construction and interior projects in early stages to pitch suitable products.
- Stay updated on trends in architecture, interior design, and materials.Product Demonstration & Promotion Conduct product presentations, mock-ups, and demos at client sites or offices. Participate in trade shows, expos, and promotional events.
- Reporting & Coordination Maintain sales pipeline and activity reports using CRM tools. Coordinate with the design, estimation, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Experience 0–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in building materials, interior products, WCP, or AWP.
Existing network in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is a strong advantage. Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Understanding of project lifecycle and construction industry Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), and basic design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp – optional) Self-driven with a passion for sales and client interaction Personal Attributes Self-motivated and target-driven Resilient under pressure Professionalism and confidence Adaptable to changing environments
