Job Summary
The Operations Executive – Parking Management is responsible for overseeing the complete parking operations within the hospital premises. The role ensures smooth vehicle movement, efficient space utilization, proper staff deployment, safety, and excellent service for patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
Key Responsibilities
1. Parking Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day parking operations across all hospital parking zones.
- Ensure smooth entry and exit of vehicles without congestion.
- Monitor parking capacity and optimize space utilization.
- Implement proper vehicle flow and traffic management inside hospital premises.
2. Team Management
- Supervise parking supervisors, attendants, and valet staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Conduct regular training on discipline, customer handling, and safety protocols.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and grooming standards.
3. Customer Service
- Ensure polite and helpful assistance to patients, visitors, and emergency vehicles.
- Handle complaints related to parking delays, ticketing, or vehicle safety.
- Maintain professional service standards as per hospital guidelines.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety and security policies.
- Maintain clear pathways for ambulances and emergency vehicles at all times.
- Implement fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures in parking areas.
- Ensure proper signage, markings, and lighting in parking zones.
5. Revenue & Ticketing Management
- Monitor parking ticketing systems and daily collections (if applicable).
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle entries, exits, and parking revenue.
- Prevent revenue leakage and ensure transparency in collections.
6. Coordination
- Coordinate with hospital administration, security team, and facility management.
- Work with maintenance teams for parking equipment, barriers, or ticket machines.
- Manage vendor or contractor staff deployed for parking services.
7. Reporting
- Prepare daily and monthly parking operation reports.
- Track vehicle volume, peak hours, and operational challenges.
- Submit incident reports for accidents, disputes, or violations.
Required Skills & Competencies

Pay: ₹325,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
