The Branch Head is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations, sales performance, design team, customer experience, and profitability of the branch. The role involves driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining Atlas standards across all customer touchpoints.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Achieve branch sales and revenue targets.
- Generate leads through referrals, channel partners, and marketing activities.
- Monitor sales pipeline and conversion ratios.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and business growth.
Team Management
- Lead and motivate Sales Consultants, Designers, and Support Staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Ensure team productivity and target achievement.
- Build a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure exceptional customer experience from inquiry to project handover.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and referral generation.
Operations & Project Coordination
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and installation teams.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all projects.
Financial Management
- Manage branch profitability and operational expenses.
- Monitor collections, payments, and cash flow.
- Prepare monthly business reports and forecasts.
Administration & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain branch assets, showroom standards, and documentation.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, attendance, and employee development.

Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in interiors, modular kitchens, furniture, construction, or retail leadership roles.
