Graduate in Commerce with Accounting knowledge. Should have worked on SAP modules.
Job Description - Posting of Cheques , payments in SAP and maintaining all records. Should be able to Process Sales Orders and Generate Bills from SAP. Maintain Cheque Register / Gift Register and records. Deposits cheques to Bank and obtain acknowledgement. Generate monthly Statement of Accounts from SAP and send to Dealers/distributors. Settle and assig Payments received from Dealers against proper bills.
Maintain Petty Cash Expenses and submit proper bills for claim.
Should Coordinate with Dealers/Distributors and resolve their queries / issues regarding Overdue payments
Should be able to learn Warehouse Operations as a whole.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
