Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee plant and machine maintenance, ensuring smooth operations, minimum downtime, and effective implementation of Preventive Maintenance, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and TQM (Total Quality Management) practices in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
● Supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
● Plan and implement TPM & TQM practices to improve machine efficiency and reduce downtime.
● Prepare and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all machines and utilities.
● Handle machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
● Ensure proper upkeep of electrical, mechanical, utility, and production equipment.
● Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
● Maintain maintenance records, machine history cards, checklists, and service logs.
● Supervise technicians, contractors, and external vendors for maintenance activities.
● Support installation, commissioning, and improvement projects for machinery.
● Ensure adherence to safety standards, maintenance SOPs, and compliance requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
· 8+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in manufacturing/engineering industries
· Diploma / BE Mechanical or Electrical preferred. ITI candidates with strong supervisory experience in maintenance
· Strong experience in Preventive Maintenance, TPM, TQM, and Breakdown Maintenance
· Knowledge of machine troubleshooting, utilities, and plant maintenance
· Experience handling maintenance teams and vendor coordination
· Good understanding of mechanical/electrical systems
· Strong problem-solving, planning, and supervision skills
