Duties and Responsibilities of HP & Lenovo Product Coordinator
- Manage all service-related activities for Lenovo products from call assignment to final closure.
- Act as the primary point of contact between branch teams, service engineers, and Lenovo OEM support teams for all Lenovo-related service operations.
- Coordinate with Lenovo support teams regarding escalations, approvals, warranty-related matters, and technical support requirements.
- Monitor and track Lenovo service calls to ensure timely updates, resolution, and closure in accordance with service standards.
- Assist in completing HP service call closures by ensuring that all required documentation, service reports, and portal updates are accurately completed and submitted.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports to management.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, call status, escalations, and closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and achievement of service objectives.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time in the interest of business operations.
- Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in managing service operations, preferably for a laptop/desktop service center.
- Strong coordination skills.
- Technical background (Diploma or Degree).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
