About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Advertisement Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience managing paid marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, improving brand visibility, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Generate and nurture leads through performance marketing initiatives.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
- Create compelling ad copies and collaborate with designers for creative assets.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with sales, content, and marketing teams to ensure campaign success.
- Stay updated with advertising platform updates, policies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance advertising.
- Knowledge of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience running campaigns for fintech, SaaS, education, healthcare, or e-commerce businesses.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or media buying.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads or other advertising platforms are an advantage.
