Job Requirements: Maintenance Technician (Commercial Property - Bhubaneswar)Essential Criteria
- Electrical Systems: Hands-on experience in operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining commercial electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and power distribution units.
- Plumbing & Fixtures: Proficient in repairing and maintaining commercial plumbing networks, water lines, sanitary fittings, and fixing daily wear-and-tear items.
- Fire Fighting Systems: Clear understanding of safety protocols with the ability to routinely inspect, test, and perform basic maintenance on fire fighting equipment, alarms, and sprinkler systems.
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will be the backbone of our commercial property, ensuring that all vital infrastructure is safe, fully functional, and running efficiently.
This is a hands-on position requiring a jack-of-all-trades technical mindset. You will be directly responsible for the upkeep of our electrical layouts, plumbing networks, and crucial fire safety systems. If you pride yourself on quick problem-solving, attention to safety detail, and keeping a facility in top-tier shape, we want you on our team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
