- Execute product analysis, testing, and validation activities for product development projects, primarily within the automotive segment.

Document experimental procedures, test results, and project progress accurately in laboratory systems.

Organize, record, and present data from experiments and testing activities.

Analyze data, draw meaningful conclusions, and recommend next steps for product improvement and development.

Identify opportunities for new technologies, product enhancements, and performance optimization.

Support manufacturing teams in ensuring consistent product quality and process effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Production, Sales, and Application Development teams to address customer and business requirements.

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and laboratory standards while handling materials and operating equipment

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation projects within the Product Development function.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Product Development, R&D, or the chemical industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret technical and experimental data.
