Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Surveyor to carry out accurate land and construction surveys, measurements, and site-level assessments. The candidate will be responsible for providing accurate survey data to support planning, execution, and project development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land, boundary, topographical, and construction surveys.
- Perform accurate measurements and prepare survey reports.
- Establish and verify levels, coordinates, benchmarks, and alignment.
- Conduct setting-out work for construction activities as per drawings.
- Use total station, auto level, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and contractors.
- Check site dimensions and ensure execution matches approved drawings.
- Maintain survey records, measurements, and site documentation.
- Identify discrepancies in drawings or site measurements and report them to the concerned team.
- Ensure surveying work is completed accurately and within project timelines.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction/real estate projects.
- Good knowledge of Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and surveying equipment.
- Ability to read civil drawings and understand site layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
