Key Responsibilities
Tender Search & Analysis
- Search and identify relevant Government and Private tenders on various e-tendering portals.
- Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare a summary of tender opportunities and present them to Management.
Tender Documentation
- Download and study tender documents.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
- Compile, verify, and organize all supporting documents required for tender submission.
- Prepare declarations, undertakings, affidavits, BOQs, compliance statements, and other tender-related documents.
E-Tender Submission
- Upload and submit bids through various online tender portals before the deadline.
- Ensure all documents are uploaded correctly and in the prescribed format.
- Coordinate Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) usage during online bid submission.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and acknowledgements.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Accounts, Purchase, HR, and Management to collect necessary documents and information.
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of tender documentation.
- Liaise with government departments and clients whenever required.
Bid Management
- Maintain a database of ongoing, submitted, won, and lost tenders.
- Track tender opening dates, corrigendums, clarifications, and bid results.
- Assist Management in preparing quotations and cost estimates whenever required.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain company registrations on various tender portals.
- Ensure all statutory documents, certificates, registrations, and licenses are updated.
- Maintain records of EMDs, Bank Guarantees, Performance Guarantees, and other tender-related documents.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on tender activities.
- Maintain complete documentation and filing of all tender records for future reference.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
