Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Oversee end-to-end visa processing operations across Investment, Corporate, Golden Visa, Long-Term, and Short-Term visa categories, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely outcomes.
2. Coordinate with clients to collect, verify, and validate required documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with immigration regulations.
3. Provide expert guidance to clients on visa requirements, documentation, timelines, and country-specific immigration procedures.
4. Handle client queries promptly and professionally, offering accurate updates and maintaining transparency throughout the visa process.
5. Manage and operate government and immigration portals for countries including the US, Australia, Dubai, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and European nations, ensuring error-free submissions.
6. Maintain clear, organized records of client interactions, case statuses, and documents within the CRM system.
7. Assist clients with immigration forms, declarations, affidavits, and additional paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with each country’s guidelines.
8. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
9. Conduct regular follow-ups on pending or missing documents, proactively addressing concerns to avoid delays.
10. Guide clients relocating internationally by explaining documentation requirements, pre-arrival processes, and compliance expectations for their destination country.
11. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, personalized support, and high service quality.
12. Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance in all visa applications, strictly adhering to immigration policies.
13. Monitor case progress and handle client escalations, ensuring timely resolutions and uninterrupted workflow.
