Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Growth & Partnership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, conducting outreach activities, and setting up meetings. This role requires communication skills, persistence, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers through various channels.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and interactions in CRM software.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and meeting targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Digital Marketing, BPO, or B2B Sales.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
