Key Responsibilities
- Enter data from source documents into computer systems
- Verify and review data for errors or missing information
- Maintain and update databases and records
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Generate reports and retrieve stored information when needed
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Communicate with supervisors regarding data inconsistencies
Required Skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Familiarity with database software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Age criteria 18 to 29 years
Pay: ₹13,450.94 - ₹34,988.63 per month
