Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in any sales domain
- Language: Good English + Any One Regional Language
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer-handling abilities
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
Compensation
- CTC: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000/month
- Take Home: ₹21,500 – ₹24,500/month
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain insurance products and suitable plans to customers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Ensure compliance with process and quality guidelines.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
