Diploma / Graduate in Engineering
2-3 years experience as Production Supervisor
1. Planning Daily Production
2. Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines / targets
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Work out material shortages well in advance
5. Co-ordinate with Maintenance Department for efficient running of machinery and minimise breakdown time.
6. Having worked in or having knowledge of foundries will be an added advantage
7. Should be able to handle a team of workers.
