Job Title:Remote HR Analytics Faculty
Job Summary:
We are looking for a remote HR Analytics Faculty who is based in Kerala . The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of teaching experience, and the ability to deliver engaging online courses in both languages. This role includes curriculum development, student mentoring, and integrating UAE labour law concepts in practical HR analytics teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver online lectures and training sessions in HR Analytics, using Malayalam and English.
- Mentor and support students virtually, guiding their projects and assignments.
- Prepare and grade assessments, quizzes, and projects aligned with academic standards.
- Stay updated on changes in UAE labour regulations and HR analytics trends.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams for smooth course delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years faculty teaching experience.
- Fluent in Malayalam and English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency with HR analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience with online teaching platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, LMS) is preferred.
