- Multi-Subject Teaching: Effectively teach core subjects including English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies (EVS), and General Knowledge using interactive methodologies.
- Lesson Planning: Design engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum, incorporating arts, crafts, storytelling, and play-way methods.
- Foundational Literacy & Numeracy: Focus heavily on building strong reading, phonics, writing, and basic mathematical skills.
- Holistic Care: Act as the primary caregiver during school hours, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of every child.
- Parent-Teacher Partnership: Maintain open, empathetic, and professional communication with parents through regular PTMs, diaries, and digital portals.
Education & Experience
- Degrees: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/B.Sc/B.Com) along with a B.Ed, NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 1–3 years of teaching experience in a reputed convent or progressive English-medium school is highly preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional command over spoken and written English is mandatory.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
