Role Overview
We're looking for an energetic outbound SDR to generate qualified meetings for our sales team. You'll engage customer support leaders through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, qualify prospects, and schedule product demos for our AI-powered multilingual customer support platform.
Key Responsibilities
Make 60-100 outbound calls daily.
Follow up with prospects via email and LinkedIn.
Qualify leads using predefined ICP criteria.
Book product demonstrations for the Account Executive.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Follow up with warm leads from marketing campaigns.
Handle objections and identify customer pain points.
Achieve monthly meeting booking targets.
Work closely with marketing to improve outreach campaigns.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Email & LinkedIn follow-ups
1-3 years of outbound sales or SDR experience.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Comfortable making cold calls every day.
Strong listening and objection-handling skills.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.).
Self-driven and target-oriented.
Ability to learn SaaS products quickly.
Nice to Have
Experience selling B2B SaaS.
Experience selling to US, UK, Europe, or Australian customers.
Familiarity with Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, or customer support software.
Experience using sales engagement tools like Apollo, Salesmate, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
