Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, community engagement, trend monitoring, and performance analysis to drive brand awareness and audience growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with the content and creative teams to develop engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Write creative captions and social media copy aligned with the brand voice.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Track and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, influencer, and content teams to execute campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone, voice, and visual identity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and content formats.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with FMCG, D2C, or consumer brands.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media campaigns.
- Basic understanding of paid social media advertising.
- Passion for health, wellness, and lifestyle brands.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
