Job Summary
China Gate Restaurant Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Recruiter who can independently manage Restaurant Operations + Back Office hiring, ensuring fast closures and strong joining ratios through multiple sourcing channels including portals, HM colleges, job fairs, consultancies and own references.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment (Operations + Back Office)
Handle hiring for Restaurant Operations Roles
(Steward, Captain, Chef, Kitchen Staff, Outlet Managers, Supervisors)
Handle Back Office & Corporate Hiring
(HR, Accounts, Payroll, Admin, Purchase, Store, MIS, Marketing Support roles)
2. Sourcing Strategy – Multi Channel
a) Job Portals
Sourcing through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.
Daily screening, calling & interview scheduling
Maintain strong active candidate database.
3. Joining Ratio & TAT Management (Critical KPI)
Ensure 60% Immediate Joiners (same day / within 7 days)
Ensure 40% Joiners within 15 Days
Strong follow-up with candidates till joining
Reduce offer dropouts & no-shows.
4. Offer, Negotiation & Onboarding
Salary negotiation as per company structure
Issue offer letters & joining confirmation
Coordinate documentation & onboarding process.
5. MIS, Reporting & Process Improvement
Maintain recruitment MIS & joining tracker
Suggest process improvements to reduce attrition & hiring delays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
