Key Responsibilities
· Assist in fabrication activities for pressure vessels and heat exchangers
· Support senior engineers in project planning, design, drawings, and documentation
· Learn and implement costing of projects and jobs, fabrication processes, quality checks, and safety practices
· Coordinate with shop floor teams to ensure smooth production flow
· Assist in inspections and documentation with third-party agencies
· Identify basic production issues and proactively seek solutions
· Maintain records of production, quality, and material usage
· Follow company policies, safety standards, and engineering guidelines
What we’re looking for
· BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Fresher or up to 1 year experience)
· Strong willingness to learn and grow in fabrication and manufacturing
· Hardworking, disciplined, and ready to spend time on the shop floor
· Basic understanding of AutoCAD, engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
· Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team spirit
