HR Manager – Omni AyurvedaJob Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee the complete Human Resource function across our BPO, Medical Representative (MR), and Clinic operations at Omni Ayurveda.
The HR Manager will be responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, employee engagement, HR policies, compliance, and maintaining a productive and disciplined work environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BPO/recruitment, field sales or MR hiring, healthcare/clinic staffing, and employee management, with the ability to manage multiple teams and locations.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO, MR, Clinic, Sales, and support positions.
- Develop and maintain a continuous recruitment pipeline.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, and local hiring.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical/functional interviews with respective department heads.
- Ensure timely hiring against manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
2. BPO HR Management
- Manage recruitment and workforce requirements for BPO operations.
- Monitor agent attendance, punctuality, attrition, productivity, and performance.
- Coordinate with Operations Managers and Team Leaders regarding manpower requirements.
- Establish effective onboarding and induction processes for new agents.
- Monitor probation and confirmation processes.
- Assist management in developing incentive and performance-linked HR policies.
3. MR / Field Sales Team Management
- Handle recruitment and HR operations for Medical Representatives and field sales executives.
- Develop territory-wise manpower plans.
- Coordinate joining, onboarding, training, attendance, and performance tracking.
- Monitor employee retention and field-force attrition.
- Coordinate with Sales Management for performance reviews and manpower requirements.
4. Clinic HR Operations
- Manage staffing requirements for doctors, therapists, clinic managers, counsellors, front-office executives, and other clinic personnel.
- Ensure timely recruitment and replacement of clinic staff.
- Maintain employee records and joining documentation.
- Coordinate with clinic management regarding attendance, leave, discipline, and performance.
- Support manpower planning for new clinic/franchise locations.
5. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Manage complete employee joining formalities.
- Ensure collection and verification of required employee documents.
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, HR policies, and other employment documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation.
- Maintain updated employee master data and personnel files.
6. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the accounts/finance team.
- Verify attendance, incentives, deductions, overtime, and other payroll-related inputs.
- Maintain accurate records of joining, resignation, leave, and salary changes.
7. Performance Management
- Establish and monitor employee KPIs in coordination with department heads.
- Manage probation reviews and confirmation processes.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews.
- Identify underperforming employees and coordinate performance improvement plans.
- Support management in implementing performance-based incentives and disciplinary actions.
8. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and address workplace concerns.
- Identify reasons for employee attrition and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and performance-oriented workplace culture.
9. Employee Discipline & Grievance Handling
- Handle employee grievances and workplace conflicts professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and code of conduct.
- Issue warning letters, show-cause notices, and disciplinary communications when required.
- Coordinate employee exit, resignation acceptance, clearance, and full-and-final processes.
10. HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and periodically update HR policies and SOPs.
- Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies across BPO, MR, and clinic operations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate statutory HR compliance with management/accounts/legal consultants as applicable.
- Ensure proper documentation for employee joining, transfers, promotions, and exits.
11. HR MIS & Reporting
Prepare and maintain regular HR reports, including:
- Headcount report
- Recruitment pipeline
- Joining and exit report
- Attrition report
- Attendance report
- Leave report
- Department-wise manpower report
- Salary/payroll input report
- Employee performance report
- Recruitment cost and hiring-source analysis
Required Skills
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience handling large-volume recruitment is preferred.
- Ability to manage BPO and sales workforce.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.
- Ability to manage multiple departments simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and people-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Education
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
3–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience managing BPO, sales, healthcare, or multi-location teams.
