- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search.
- Manage vendor coordination, including sharing JDs, tracking profiles, screening submissions, and providing feedback.
- Conduct initial candidate screening
- Build strong candidate, vendor, and client relationships while maintaining talent pipelines
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
