Looking for a Senior Tech Lead who can drive backend/platform development, contribute across frontend and AI integrations, and deliver production-grade systems.

What you’ll do:
Lead development of backend services and platform features
Translate architecture into clean, scalable, production-ready code
Build APIs, microservices, and real-time data pipelines
Work with streaming systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ)
Contribute to frontend architecture and integration (React or similar)
Integrate and scale AI/ML models into production systems
Collaborate with Architect, DevOps, AI, and frontend teams
Own code quality, reviews, and delivery timelines
Debug and resolve production issues in distributed environments
Key skills:
Strong backend development (Python / Go / Node.js / Java)
Experience with microservices & REST APIs
Frontend understanding (React / modern JS frameworks)
Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Messaging systems: Kafka / RabbitMQ (or similar)
Solid understanding of distributed systems
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (basics to intermediate)
Experience building scalable, production systems
AI / ML Experience (Important):
Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems
Exposure to frameworks like TensorFlow / PyTorch / OpenCV (integration level)
Experience handling data pipelines for ML workflows
Must have worked on at least 2–3 enterprise-level AI/ML projects
Good to have:
Experience with real-time / telemetry data systems
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Understanding of system design and architecture principles
