Thorough knowledge of IT infrastructure in the areas of Change management, Incident management, Problem management, Capacity management, and Infrastructure Security
- Maintain all local software and hardware licensing to ensure conformance
- Support implementation and planning of deletions, additions, and major changes to IT infrastructure
- Recommend software and hardware solutions comprising upgrades and new acquisitions
- Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations
- Manage entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software, and other IT supplies
- Develop and maintain vendor relations
- Inform senior staff about industry innovations and recommend relevant upgrades
- Participate in relevant infrastructure and networking architecture discussions during planning and configuration phases
- Monitor the production server logs and raise alarms in the form of tickets whenever escalation is needed through web portal access
- Install software, maintain and introduce training as needed
- Able to work on setup of VPN, Firewalls, and NAS
- Conduct network troubleshooting to segregate and identify general network problems
- Manage, maintain, and update onsite copiers, printers, and fax machines
- Azure Cloud Administration: In-depth knowledge of key Azure services – VM, Storage, Azure SQL, Azure Site Recovery, Resource Manager, Azure Diagnostics, Traffic Manager, Azure Identity and Access Management, etc
- Execution of PowerShell Scripts on Azure Resources
- Deploying VMs into virtual networks
- Configuring VM for optimum cost, performance, and security
- Backing up VMs and potentially providing failover recovery
- Configuring long-term archival storage to maintain corporate compliance
- Managing public and private IP addresses for your VMs and selected other Azure resources
- Protecting Azure Active Directory accounts against compromise
- Reducing the attack surface of all your Azure resources
- Administration of Microsoft 365: Troubleshooting of Teams/Outlook/SharePoint/Intune/Office365
