Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Executive – MEP to manage site/store inventory, ensure proper material handling, and maintain accurate records. The candidate will play a key role in supporting smooth project execution by ensuring timely availability of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations at site/warehouse
Maintain proper records of material inward and outward
Verify and inspect incoming MEP materials (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting)
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials
Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material requirements
Maintain stock registers, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and issue records
Track inventory levels and initiate reordering when required
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation
Ensure proper documentation and reporting to management
Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage
Maintain safety and cleanliness in the store area
Required Skills:
Knowledge of MEP materials (cables, pipes, fittings, valves, panels, etc.)
Basic knowledge of inventory management and store procedures
Familiarity with MS Excel
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Attention to detail and accountability
Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma in any field (Technical background preferred)
Preferred Experience:
Experience in construction / MEP / infrastructure projects
Hands-on experience in site store management
