ROLE: UI/UX Designer
Location: Mumbai, Bengaluru
About the Role
We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about product design and eager to work on real-world SaaS, CRM, ERP, and operational dashboard products. The role involves designing structured, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces while collaborating closely with senior designers and developers.
Responsibilities:
- Design web and mobile product interfaces under senior designer guidance
- Create wireframes, UI screens, and reusable components using Figma
- Follow, maintain, and update existing design systems
- Design dashboards, forms, tables, and basic user flows
- Prepare developer-ready designs with proper structure and consistency
- Coordinate with developers to support accurate implementation
- Revise and improve designs based on feedback and project requirements
- Maintain attention to detail in spacing, alignment, hierarchy, and usability
Required Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Figma.
- Good understanding of UI fundamentals including spacing, typography, hierarchy, consistency, and layout structure.
- Basic understanding of UX concepts such as user flows, forms, validation states, and usability.
- Ability to follow structured workflows and handle feedback professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and organized design practices.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to SaaS, CRM, ERP, or admin dashboard design.
- Experience designing mobile app interfaces.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with developer handoff processes.
Portfolio Requirement:
At least one UI/UX case study or product interface project such as a dashboard, mobile app, SaaS platform, CRM, ERP, or system screens created through internships, academic work, self-learning, or personal projects.Portfolio should demonstrate understanding of layout structure, usability, consistency, and basic product thinking.
